Why can’t I contact the local Cunina-responsible directly?
CUNINA Belgium always acts as an intermediary between the foster parents and the local employees in the partner countries. These local responsibles cannot be contacted directly by the foster parents because on the one hand they are accountable to CUNINA and on the other hand they do not have the time to daily answer the foster parents’ questions themselves.
Seeing that Cunina is also accountable to the foster parents, the organization has to know what the foster parents think. So Cunina is always the go-between for all contacts between north and south to keep everything under control and to guarantee a decent follow-up. We trust that the CUNINA foster parents can understand this.”
