Can I have my CUNINA foster child be brought to Belgium?

To protect the CUNINA foster children at any time, CUNINA does not allow foster parents to fly their children to Belgium. The foster parents themselves can visit the foster child in its home country, and will be guided by the local CUNINA employee.
